With 24 years of public training experience under her belt, Melissa Harrison is a talented and well-respected trainer.

Known for her attention to detail and success with her boutique stable, Melissa has prepared winners throughout NSW, training metropolitan, provincial and country winners.

A naturally gifted horsewoman boasting an infectiously positive approach to training and her horses, it’s easy to see why owners love having their gallopers trained by Melissa Harrison.

Kyla Harrison

FOREPERSON, TRACKWORK RIDER

Kyla is Melissa’s daughter, right-hand woman, and future co-trainer.

A hard-working foreperson at Melissa Harrison Racing, Kyla does everything and anything, from riding work, handling winners, and learning the tricks of the trade from Melissa.

Matthew Harrison

STABLEHAND

Every stable needs a Matthew.

Melissa’s husband and the stable all-rounder, if there is a job to be done, Matthew is ready and willing

He drives the truck, grooms the horses, handles winners, feeds everyone, mucks the boxes, and undertakes any job you can think of.
